The title was misleading. In the article it states the following:
"Ninja Theory not offering much information as to whether it will arrive on other consoles or PC."
If you can find a source that has Ninja Theory specifically saying that it is timed, I'd appreciated link. Best not to get kids hopes up...
I say Sony should have a kickstarter for assassinating Kim Jong-Un. The chubby little dictator is the biggest punk-ass brat in the world. Donation of $40 would get you a Blu-Ray of the movie.
If it is interlaced and not native, and Sony said it will be on a blog...then maybe there is a case. But what would be the damages? Where is the merit in this case?
I never get the hamburger in the picture at fast food restaurants. Why don't they go after that? Advertisements sell sex and misinform us on the benefits all the time...with tiny little print to avoid law suits. Will blogs need to do the same thing now?

Moving goalposts...! Sony fanboys were ragging on the XB1 for its entertainment focus E3 in 2013. "Sony is more focused on games...blah, blah, blah." I was too I confess, because I have a ROKU. But without DLNA and codes support, the PS4 is joke. And XB1 has added features that make it awesome. So obviously the XB1 offers more.
I have hopes Phil Spencer will build up Microsoft Games Studios, but as of now...you can't really seriously think MS as the equal of Sony in first party development. In terms of quantity of output, if not quality.

I am very aware of this; in fact it is my point. It is foolish to think that software and hardware revenue don't end up in the same ledger at the end of the day. And there is no guarantee that the 23% LOSS of revenue will translate into enough software sales to offset this.
As of August PS4 was still outselling XB1 in software 3 to 1, according to Daily Tech. I don't think it has changed much.

This LOSS is 100% on XB1 for the gen 8 systems; the PS4 still sold for its original price $399 with an INCREASE in total unit sales compared to last year. This is NOT a victory for MS unless it can build so...
No one is forcing you to believe, why do you have to insult someone because they believe otherwise. Freedom of religion is a freedom to believe what you want.

I think the point is to have platforming elements. Personally, I think the gameplay looks pretty dope. It is open-ended enough to not get stale and the characters seem enjoyable. This is like XB1's inFamous.
